第1部 共通ポリシー
1. 本ポリシーの対象
本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、株式会社WEBST8（以下「当社」）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション（以下、個別に又は総称して「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。対象となるアプリは、第2部「アプリ別の取り扱い」に列挙します。
2. 基本方針
当社は、以下の方針に基づき本アプリを設計・提供します。
- 必要最小限の情報のみを取り扱います。アプリの機能に必要のない情報は取得しません。
- 可能な限り、データを端末内で完結させます。当社サーバーへの送信は、その機能に不可欠な場合に限ります。
- 取得する情報はアプリごとに異なります。アプリごとの具体的な内容は、第2部に個別に記載します。
- 取得した情報を、広告目的で第三者に販売または提供することはありません。
3. 端末の機能・権限へのアクセスについて
本アプリは、機能の提供に必要な範囲で、端末の機能（通知、位置情報、カメラ、マイク、写真等）へのアクセス許可を求める場合があります。
- アクセス許可を求める場合、その目的をアプリ内で明示します。
- 許可・不許可は利用者が選択でき、端末の設定からいつでも変更できます。
- どの機能へのアクセスを求めるかは、第2部の各アプリの記載をご確認ください

4. 第三者サービスについて
本アプリが外部サービス（天気情報、地図、解析ツール等）を利用する場合は、第2部の該当アプリの項目に明記します。明記がない場合、そのアプリは第三者サービスを利用していません。
5. バックアップについて
端末内に保存されたデータは、利用者の端末設定により、iCloud（iOS）またはGoogleドライブ（Android）等のバックアップに含まれる場合があります。これらは各OS提供事業者の管理下にあり、当社はその内容にアクセスできません。詳細は各OS提供事業者のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
6. データの削除
端末内に保存されたデータは、アプリ内の操作、または本アプリを端末からアンインストールすることで削除できます。当社サーバー上にデータを保存するアプリについては、第2部に削除方法を記載します。
7. 児童のプライバシー
当社は、児童を含むいかなる利用者からも、本ポリシーに記載のない情報を収集しません。児童の保護者の方で本アプリの情報の取り扱いについてご懸念がある場合は、末尾の連絡先までお問い合わせください。
8. 安全管理措置
当社は、取り扱う情報の漏洩、滅失又は毀損の防止その他の安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。端末内に保存されたデータの保護については、利用者の端末のパスコード設定や生体認証等の機能をご活用ください。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
当社は、法令の変更、本アプリの機能追加又は新規アプリの提供等に応じて、本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページ上で改定後の内容を掲示します。改定後の本ポリシーは、本ページに掲示した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

第2部 アプリ別の取り扱い

収集する個人情報
ありません。本アプリはログイン・会員登録を必要とせず、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号その他の個人を識別できる情報を一切取得しません。
利用者が入力したデータ
入力されたタスク、メモ、日時、設定等は利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。当社サーバーに送信されることはなく、当社がこれを閲覧・取得することはできません。
アクセスする端末の機能

App Privacy Policy
The information each app actually handles is described individually in Part 2, “Per-App Details.”
Part 1 — Common Policy
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how WEBST8, K.K. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles user information in the mobile applications we provide (each, an “App”). The Apps covered are listed in Part 2, “Per-App Details.”
2. Our Principles
- We handle only the minimum information necessary. We do not obtain information that an App’s features do not require.
- We keep data on your device wherever possible. Transmission to our servers occurs only where essential to a feature.
- What is collected differs by App. Details for each App appear in Part 2.
- We never sell or provide collected information to third parties for advertising purposes.
3. Device Permissions
An App may request access to device features (notifications, location, camera, microphone, photos, etc.) to the extent necessary to provide its functionality.
- Where access is requested, the purpose is stated within the App.
- You may grant or deny access, and may change your choice at any time in your device settings.
- See Part 2 for which features each App requests.
4. Third-Party Services
Where an App uses an external service (weather data, maps, analytics, etc.), this is stated in that App’s entry in Part 2. Where no such statement appears, the App uses no third-party services.
5. Backups
Depending on your device settings, data stored on your device may be included in backups made by iCloud (iOS) or Google Drive (Android). Such backups are managed by the respective operating system providers, and we cannot access their contents. Please refer to those providers’ privacy policies.
6. Deleting Data
Data stored on your device can be deleted from within the App, or by uninstalling the App. For any App that stores data on our servers, the deletion method is described in Part 2.
7. Children’s Privacy
We do not collect any information beyond what is described in this Policy from any user, including children. Guardians with questions about how our Apps handle information may contact us using the details below.
8. Security
We take appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of information we handle. To protect data stored on your device, we recommend using your device’s passcode and biometric authentication features.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy in response to changes in applicable law, new App features, or the release of new Apps. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Policy on this page. The revised Policy takes effect when posted here.

Part 2 — Per-App Details
(App Name)
Personal information collected
None. This App requires no sign-in or registration and does not obtain your name, email address, telephone number, or any other personally identifying information.
Data you enter
Tasks, notes, dates, and settings you enter are stored only on your device. They are never transmitted to our servers, and we cannot view or retrieve them.
Device features accessed
